Everything was great! The staff were amazing: friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again!
otel gayet yeterli ve ihtiyacımız açısında iyi konumdaydı. sabah kahvaltıları gayet lezzetli ve yeterliydi. sadece tek eksik banyoda fön yoktu.
bir sonraki Novi Sad ziyaretimizde tekrar tercih edeceğiz.
Great hotel, might not be the closest to city for walking but just a short ride in a taxi or car solves that and makes you feel right in the middle. Clean building, free parking and very friendly staff. I would stay there again for sure.
Good if you have your own car as parking in Novi Sad can be difficult. Very useful that the no 12 bus passes the door (about 10 minutes to door), or taxi would be easy. Rooms nicely decorated but "boutique" might be a little strong. Breakfast buffet okay.
We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The hotel was very clean and modern, and the staff was so kind and helpful! The neighborhood was not the greatest, but it served its purpose for us because we wanted to see places in Telep. The breakfast was amazing! I can't say enough good things about the customer service and the food!
We had the rooms with terrace/balcony and it was large with a nice sitting area. Really nicely decorated and felt classy. Parking felt secure and staff was very welcoming and helpful. Overall highly recommend, though it's not very central. We drove into the center and paid for parking at a lot (very affordable) when we wanted to go into town. Breakfast was good.
The only problem this hotel has is that WiFI connections in the rooms is not working. I had to go always downstairs and work in their lobby.
Otherwise all the rest is very good in this hotel.
For the WiFi this problem was also last time and they said they would fix it.
The hotel is new and tucked away in a quiet street just off two main boulevards and close to the Danube. Behind the hotel is a quiet courtyard with a small terrace and fountain for a relaxed breakfast outdoors when the sun shines (which it usually does). The other side of the enclosed parking space there is a separate single story building housing one room and a suite. The other 10 rooms and suites are in the main building. I had the suite which was very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, air-conditioned and very comfortable indeed. I had four nights there and would throughly recommend it as an ideal haven for calm and coolness just away from the hot and hectic town centre. Taxis are very cheap and plentiful. I also had a couple of meals at the nearby Bistro La Mer wine bar, which I would also recommend. The hotel staff were charming and spoke good English. The owner lives next door and takes a deserved pride in his creation.
