Despite my very early morning departure, the team arranged a reliable airport transfer without any fuss — a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly peaceful. The area felt very safe and quiet, which is so important when you're travelling on your own. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From sharing excellent local tips (food spots, hidden gems, and must-see sights), to simply checking in to make sure I was doing okay, they genuinely cared. A perfect example: I forgot my phone charger and mentioned it in passing — Betim immediately offered me one of his own, no hesitation.
