Very nice newly built holiday home lake view for 10 persons on a water property with jetty between Neuwarper See and Ückermünder Heide. Very quiet in the bird sanctuary Natur 2000 located. In about 80 m is located on the water property, the jetty with the water equipment such as 4 pedal boats (including 1 four-seater with slide), 7 kayaks and 1 catamaran rowboat. Lifejackets for adults and children are available. An ideal place for anglers and water sports lovers. The water devices are for free use together with the guests from the holiday house sea eagle. It is 3 km to Neuwarp Stadtmitte. There is a beautiful promenade with fitness equipment and restaurants around the small town. You can go shopping and enjoy delicious food. If you do not feel like cooking then the food can be delivered to your door from a friendly restaurant for 7 € per person, consisting of soup, main course and dessert.
Nearby you can buy cheap brand goods on the Polish market. Szczecin is worth a day trip. There you can visit and shop the castle of the Pomeranian Dukes as well as the beautiful harbor and the famous shopping center Galaxy. There are many bike paths near the house. You can ride the bike about 10 km through the heath on the German side to Rieth. The cottage has a jacuzzi and is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and appliances such as a washing machine and a condenser dryer.
