Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Adress Nozawa is conviniently loacted close to ski areas, local shops and restaurants and is just a block away from a bus station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was big and nicely decorare with lot of amenities, including kitchen.

必要十分な宿

外湯目的で単身二泊しました。和室で設備として古さは否めませんでしたが、ドアのセキュリティシステム等はリニューアルされ、自炊のための道具一式揃い必要十分でした。宿の方は常駐ではないものの、色々お気遣いいただきありがとうございました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Conveniently located near the Chuo Bus Terminal and the main strip of the village. About 8 minute walk to the new Nagasaka Gondola. Excellent pre-arrival communication with the hotel staff. Hotel has its own onsen on the ground floor. Really enjoyed our stay in the "yellow" room. Thank you, Address Nozawa.

最高でした

今回2回目の利用をさせていただきました。従業員の対応、貸切の温泉、キッチングッズの充実（醤油、サラダ油、塩、砂糖の調味料付き）去年同様に最高でした。前の道がとても狭いので、大雪警報が発令して車が出せないのでは？と心配しましたが、地元の方が一丸となり対応してくれました。 なんと言ってもコスパが最高です。 来年も利用したいです！

適度な距離感でありながら温かいサービス。 部屋も清潔で必要な食品も補充されており完璧。 ロケーションも村の中心に位置し、スキー場まで近い。 改善希望は風呂場の洗い場と内装。 タイルの張替えとさび付いた蛇口やシャワーを新しいものにすれば完璧な宿でしょう。

素敵なお部屋でした

温泉は貸切で広々していて硫黄の匂いがちゃんとしていて温度も丁度よく、最高でした！温泉街の無料のお風呂はどこも熱くてつま先を入れるだけで精一杯だったので、アドバイス野沢のお風呂は自分にとって適温でした。 日本の行き届いたサービスは求めてはいませんでしたが、要望に出来る限りの対応はして頂けたので大変満足しています。また利用したいと思います。

Cozy & centrally located

The staff were very helpful and communication was great. They got in touch a couple of times before we arrived and were very responsive to our questions. It's very centrally located in the village and is only a 5 minute walk from the Nozawa Liner stop. Its an easy 5-10 minute walk to almost anywhere. The room was comfortable and very clean, if a little dated. The kitchenette is well-stocked should you want to eat in. We had a couple of breakfasts and lunches in and found everything that we needed. Our futons were comfortable and we slept well. This is a great spot if you're spending most of your time skiing and hanging out around the village.

沢山の旅館が建ち並んでおり、迷いますが、ホテルの方が大変親切に教えていただき助かりました。道がかなり狭いので、特に雪の季節は大型車でホテル前の駐車場に行くのは困難でしょう。 内風呂はかなり年代物で手狭ですが、本格的な温泉が楽しむ事が出来ました。コロナの影響もあり、外湯にはいきませんでしたが、家族風呂のように中から鍵をかけて家族だけで使用するよう対応してくださり、快適でした。 部屋はかなり可愛いく清潔でした。 ホテルの方は大変親切でした。
