"Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. "I booked for a week and stayed 10 days longer. Great place to relax, swim, get massages, unwind. There are many small restaurants. The owners can arrange tours and transportation. "

"Very close to beach, motorbike rental available to get to Ao Nang/Krabi town. The lady running the hotel is very helpful and friendly. Spacious rooms and good a/c. Chilled area with restaurants and a 7/11 close by. "

"We loved this resort. The bungalows were very spacious and clean. It had a nice porch to have a coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of foods. The resort had several dining options. We tried a few and loved them all! The pool was very nice as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was delayed in Hong Kong and the contacted the airline many times to make sure we got our luggage as soon as possible. We hope we can come back to the island and will definitely stay in the same resort."

"Dusit Thani Krabi offers an impeccable standard for a resort. The rooms were big and comfortable, the beach and pool was nice and beautiful, the staffs are super helpful and friendly. A special shout out to the team at Club Lounge. They were such wonderful host, going out of the way to make my kids felt at home."
