"Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. "The place is great and feels more like a hotel than a hostel, not noisy or busy at any time. Tin is an absolute pleasure and couldn’t be more helpful and informative. The plunge pool is a welcome addition and the reviews about the restaurant next door are accurate, it is amazing and the staff are great."
