"The hotel was fantastic, the person working the front desk when we arrived was named Jay and they were excellent in handling our hotel needs as well as being extremely knowledgeable about the events on the city that was drawing in guests. Jay even remembered us and our planned trip to the aquarium the following day. There was apparently a big power outage while we were gone and Jay immediately informed us about it and was calm and collected and handled everything extremely well. I work as a supervisor in customer service and if I could clone Jay I would, they were so amazing and the stay wouldn't have been the same without them."
