Wir versuchten, mit Novasol Kontakt aufzunehmen um darum zu bitten, das Haus zu richten. Zunächst hieß es, das Objekt wäre nicht bekannt, später bekamen wir die Buchungsbestätigung. Im Chat mit Novasol wurde uns geraten, mit der Dame, die die Schlüssel verwaltet, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Das erschien uns sehr unpassend, zumal diese auf eine Anfrage per E-Mail auch nicht...

"We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful time. Six adults seven children and a dog. The location is stunning even more beautiful than the photographs. Air conditioning in most bedrooms and the interior rooms were cool despite 35+ temp outside. "A wonderful place to stay in an amazing place. The view out our hotel window alone was worth the price - which was very reasonable and breakfast was included! Our interest was a days bike ride on the Via Verde del Aciete and this place proved to be a perfect base for that. The bike rental place that the hotel works with is excellent."
