L'appartement est très bien situé en centre ville, tout proche d'un parking pour véhicule.Nous avons été très bien accueillis.Globalement l'appartement est vaste et agréable mais 2 des 3 lits sont situés en mezzanine ouverte donc ils ne sont pas isolés entre eux ni du salon et de la cuisine d'où un manque d'intimité qui peut être gênant.La propreté est correcte mais l'appartement mériterait d'être un peu rafraîchi, surtout dans la salle de bain où les peintures se décollent du mur et des poutres.Une des fenêtres de la salle à manger n'a plus de rideaux, les suspentes sont cassées, donc dans la mezzanine, on est réveillé tôt le matin par la lumière qui passe par cette fenêtre.Les équipements sont convenables à l'exception de la cuisine.Il n'y a qu'un seul verre à vin !!! Pour un appartement situé à Nuits-Saint-Georges, c'est un comble !La hotte aspirante ne fonctionne plus. Ni la lumière ni l'aspiration.Il n'y a pas de couteau à pain.Si ces petits défauts étaient corrigés, il serait parfait.

Seulement pour séjour tres courte durée

Emplacement coeur de ville avec parking tres proche parfait. Entente sur heure d arrivee compliquee. Acces par escalier colimaçon. Mobilier des chambres ok. Mobilier piece de vie fatigué. Cuisine équipée à minima. WC et salle de bain tout juste propre la serrure des wc est limite de casser. Pas de tapis de sol dans la sdb et mauvaise ventilation=chaleur extreme en plein été. Les 2 chambres du haut en sous pente et ouvertes sur la piece de vie manquent d'intimité Bilan : suffisant pour 1 ou 2 nuits et plutôt adapté à une famille avec plusieurs enfants.

Gezellig en origineel appartement

Een fijne plek om kort neer te strijken... Hartelijke ontvangst. Leuke entresol, prima bedden en fijne badkamer. Inrichting kan wat moderner en vereist hier en daar wat aandacht (afgebladderde buitendeur; plakplastic op de vloer), het servies was wat summier (wel een kaasschaaf, hoera!), en goede sfeerverlichting zou ook fijn zijn. Maar al met al fijne plek op een bijzondere plek - het hart van een prachtig oud stadje.
