Maison Célèste

  • Our holiday rental welcomes you for your stay in a home located just a stone’s throw from city centre, halfway between Dijon and Beaune along the Meuzin River in a quiet area. The 1664 residence is furnished, warmly and tastefully decorated in a Voltaire-inspired style. I’d be delighted to welcome you. I speak English and Arabic. My hobbies include horseback riding, dancing, and reading. I’d love to help you explore our beautiful region during your visit. <br>The pool will be open starting July 1, 2023.

Our adventure in Burgundy

The house was nicely appointed and well maintained. The location was great for visiting wineries. The town itself was lovely and the commercial area was a short walk from the house. I cannot imagine having a better experience. Highly recommended.

Die Küche ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Im grosszügigen Ess- und Aufenthaltszimmer war die Raumtemperatur trotz grosser Hitze draussen serh angenehm. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein Sonnenschirm hat die Betreuerin wegen der heissen Tag schnell zusätzlich bereitgestellt. Der Pool war sauber und bis gegen Ende des Urlaubs war dann auch die Ein-/Ausstiegstreppe auf unseren Wunsch hin montiert worden. Die Umgebung im Aussenbereich ist sehr knapp. Wir waren 9 Personen. Das Grillgitter war leider sehr schmutzig und mit alter Asche angefüllt. Die Betreuerin des Hauses war sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich. Sie hat unsere Anliegen zum Teil schnell umgesetzt.

We were a group of 6 adults on a wine trip, and Celestial House was a perfect base for our activities. It is literally a two minute walk from the town centre with its shops, restaurants and bars (the Golden Bear bar was the venue for an unexpectedly big night out!). The house itself is beautifully presented, clean and modern, and well equipped. We will return!

Grand logement, idéal pour plusieurs familles, très grande cuisine bien équipée. Nombre idéal de salles de bain par rapport au nombre de chambres. Petite piscine avec une eau plus ou moins propre.

Il faut s'habituer un peu à la maison (éclairage, chauffage) mais c'est u endroit fantastique pour 12 personnes, à tout point de vue... et un propriétaire très correct.

Propriété idéale pour un long séjour

Nous avons apprécié: -la localisation en plein centre du village -l environnement très calme -l accessibilité de la maison à pieds depuis la gare de nuits saint Georges -l équipement de la maison qui dispose de TOUT -les salles de bain rénovées récemment Seul point négatif : -l isolement des murs et plafonds : pensez aux boules quies si vous avez le sommeil léger -le manque de volets aux fenêtres des chambres.
