HORRIBLE stay in a complete rundown tourist trap ! BE AWARE!!!

Well... we should i start.. first of all..i am quite relaxed about stays ,not to fuzzy at all. check inn is non existent ..carry your luggage up the stairs yourself.. the rooms are horrendous , the matras was torn on several places ,the room was absolutely not clean.. big bugs on the walls, The water was almost every day cut off ,let alone be warm water for showering ,the staff is 1! girl whos rather on her phone than working . i stayed 17 nights ( because paid upfront) there was one other couple who left after 3 days so i was the only "guest" . in the 17 nights the room has been cleanend 2! x. even after asking politely to clean more often,nothing happend . AC..there was no ac during my whole stay..only a ceiling fan making noise . the stairs to the "restaurant "area were unlit during the eveni ng so almost broke a leg ,on the 2 levels hallway to the rooms ..again No lighting My roomdoor couldnt be locked .again after mentioning ...no action . during breakfast ,half of the time there was no coffee ,or had to be bought quickly at a store down stairs . food: Although it should be all inclusive ,the meals were everey day half warm rice with fried fish ,once or twice with a bit of veggie ..or cold chips. sorry we dont have vegetables . drinkingwater ..again most time " not available" whilst the shop was downstairs selling water.. i started to buy my own water to atleast have some thing to drink. THIS IS A COMPLETE TOURIST TRAP
