Good hotel in Astana, Kazakhstan

This hotel is centrally located with shops, supermarkets and restaurant nearby. The surrounding area is safe and quiet at night. The room I stayed is clean and its amenities are in good condition. The hotel staff doesn't speak English, I had to use Google Translate to communicate with them; however they are very helpful.

The location of this hotel is a real advantage, just a few minutes away from the main sites, and a 6 minutes walk from a LRT station whether one arrives at the airport or at the Nurly Zul train station. Several restaurants and cafés just round the corner as well proved to be very practical. For 40-50 euros a night a large double room, the price is unbeatable. The only flaw to me was that there was no Internet. Officially, there was wifi, but it never worked.

The location was great! Easy walk to shops and restaurants! The room was spacious and very clean. Everything worked. Only complaint is they could have better pillows. Other issue; no one speaks any English! Breakfast was made to order. OK, but mo fruits or juice. All in all, it was a very good value and I would definitely stay there again.

Good location for city centre and very helpful staff - printed itinerary for me and arranged car to airport. A little dated but pleasantly so, and good value.
