Leider keinerlei Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Mein Wasserhahn hat zwei Tage getropft und mich in den Wahnsinn getrieben. Zimmer war auch sehr kalt und es gab keinen Fön.

Wir finden es etwas blöd das man nur mit Karte zahlen kann, noch dazu war das günstigste Angebot auf Check 24 für 50€ die Nacht. Das konnte man aber nur mit Kreditkarte zahlen. Also für 50€ kann man das wirklich machen aber für 70€ was wir jetzt gezahlt ist es übertrieben da alles ziemlich billig gemacht ist und es war wirklich sehr kalt stundenlang in dem Zimmer. Fernsehr konnte man nicht mit dem wlan verbinden. Noch dazu hätten wir gestern gerne früher eingecheckt was ja auch gehen soll wenn man dort anruft leider geht da aber nur ein Roboter rann und darauf hin heißt es man wird zurück gerufen da kam bis heute kein Rückruf. Das ist alles etwas blöd. Allerdings muss man sagen es ist wirklich sauber und für 50 € würde ich es auch buchen. Aber für 70€ ist es überteuert. Da es auch kein Wasserkocher, Föhn oder sonstiges gibt.

Schimmel und dreck in der Dusche Feuermelder war demontiert was den Rauchgeruch im Zimmer erklärt Umständliches einchecken da die zimmernummern am Automaten nicht identisch mit den realen Zimmernummern sind

Sehr einfaches Hotel am Stadtrand, geeignet für Reisende mit dem Motto "einfach und billig". Großer Minuspunkt: Trotz vorheriger Zahlung über Hotels.com wurde am Check-In-Automat nochmal der Zimmerpreis verlangt.

Betten ohne Bezug, verdreckte Zimmer, übler Geruch (ähnlich wie in einer Zugtoilette), Rezeption ist NICHT 24 besetzt, es gibt nur einen Check-in und Check-out Automaten. Mir sollte angeblich seitens des Hotels ein neues Zimmer gebucht werden, konnte nicht ins Zimmer, weil Check-in nicht möglich war. Obwohl mir nach den misslungenen Check-in Versuchen versprochen wurden, dass ich mein Geld zurückerstattet bekomme, wurde nach einer Stunde Bescheid gegeben, dass dies doch nicht möglich sei, obwohl ich nicht einmal ins Zimmer konnte!! Auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert.

Praktisch gut, wenn die Heizung funktioniert

Wir hatten spontan zwei Zimmer gebucht, weil wir einen Check In nach 22 Uhr benötigten und kamen nachts erst an. Der Check In verlief schnell und einfach. Grundsätzlich kann ich dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen für spontane Übernachtungen bei denen ein später Check In benötigt wird. Leider hatten wir in einem Zimmer das Problem, dass die Heizung nicht funktionierte und es draußen minus 6 Grad waren. Wir haben also in Jacken versucht zu schlafen. Es war ehrlich gesagt der Horror. Danach habe ich das Hotel kontaktiert um sie darauf hinzuweisen und eine Stellungnahme zu erhalten. Leider keine Antwort und daher diese Bewertung.

Für den Preis war die Unterkunft an sich ausreichend und in Ordnung. Das Bett war aber mehr als enttäuschend. Die Matratze war zum einen an den Seiten extrem weich und durchgelesen und im Kopfbereich hat jemand scheinbar ein Rechteck ausgeschnitten. Der Schlaf war daher nicht sehr erholsam

der Aufenthalt war wieder gut, das Zimmer und das Umfeld vom hotel waren sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, Zimmergröße war gut, habe nur zwei kleine Dinge zu bemängeln...erstens war das Wlan im Zimmer sehr schlecht bzw. gar nicht vorhanden und es wäre schön wenn zu dem kleinen Schreibtisch es auch einen Stuhl oder kleinen Hocker geben würde
