My friend and I enjoyed our stay at The Five Reasons, the staff were helpful and welcoming. It is in a great location and the view from the hotel is beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

This was a wonderful property: great location (right alongside the walls!!) and proximity to the old town, train station and Christmas markets; facilities were clean and well kept. Would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Nuremberg.

1박 숙박했습니다. 얼리 체크인은 안 해주십니다. 대신 짐은 미리 맡길 수 있으니 참고하세요! 화장실 안에 샤워실이 2개가 층마다 있는 구조이고, 캐비닛 한명 당 하나 쓸 수 있습니다. 캐비닛은 1유로 코인을 넣고 돌려받는 방식이니 1유로 챙겨가세요! 저는 여성 전용이 가득 차서 혼성으로 예약했는데 약간 냄새가 나긴 했습니다. 전반적으로 깔끔한 편이라 추천해요.

Very good hostel. The rooms were large and clean and so were toilets and showers. The kitchen area was a good space to hang out. The reception was open 24/7. They also had a free luggage room. No laundry sadly -- I had to go to one 10 minutes away.

super location and it was fantastic to each have our bed. The presence of a fan helped cope with the hot weather. The breakfast is simple and very adequate. Going back to Nurenberg we would certainly use this hotel again.

Keep in mind that even if you book a single room, this is still a hostel with no bathroom, shower, nor sink in your own room. Also, the walls are paper thin, and I could hear a family talking and a child screaming often. There is also no tv in the room. On the plus side, it was very clean. The staff was very helpful, and it is in a great location between the Hauptbahnhof and the city center.

For the cost, I was shocked we had no private bathroom, that was not clear at booking. Walls are paper thin so you can hear people next to you having conversations. Room was very clean- Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Shared bathrooms very clean which was appreciated.

Great Customer care
It was lovely. The room itself was large and comfortable. There was a lovely view of the Nuremberg walls from my room. I didn’t know that the hotel room I booked didn’t have a bathroom as I thought it was a bit different set up then the hostel and my reservation wasn’t very clear. However, as soon as I mentioned it via my check in review, I was contacted by reception and they assured me it would be made clearer online when booking and offered us free drinks. I looked through the reservation and saw it stated so said it was my fault for not checking. However, They were very keen to check on us and make sure we were happy with our stay which I think shows how much they care about their customers’ experiences.

It was in a convenient location - walking distance from the bus station. The room was very spacious, but we the double bed we got were two single beds stuck together, which was a slight inconvenience. It had a nice lounge area on the bottom floor and the place was kept clean in general. Good value.

Five Reasons for Five Reasons: 1. Located right next to the old city wall of Nuremberg 2. Very helpful and friendly staff members 3. Rooms are spacious and clean 4. Easy reachable by public transport 5. Great coffee for breakfast To sum up: The staff is very friendly, this really stood out to me. Just to mention one: Johannes was very friendly!

The hostel was very clean and modern with nice and hospitable staff. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to the entire city center. There are comfortable beds, large lockers, and the shared bathrooms are kept very clean. The front desk has many options to purchase drinks and snacks. We would definitely stay here again!

It was great! On the edge of old town very close to the train station. It's a short walk to my favourite little coffee shop, Di Simo! Definitely do the free walking tour - I learned so much about Nürnberg and they even picked us up from the hostel. The rooms were spectacular and washrooms were really clean and had great showers! They have a great common area and a very well equipped kitchen to make food if you wish. Around the corner, there's a really great Czech pub called Zum Schwänleine.

Great Hostel!
A great hostel with a very nice view overlooking the train stations and some cool buildings. Also very well located towards downtown with lots of places to check out nearby. Was impressed my room came with its own shower room and a kitchen, and all staff members were friendly and helpful, plus the bier selection behind the counter was very good. Overall a nice place, and I would definitely recommend and come back in the future.

Great hostel that is close to the bus terminal
A great location near the wall of the old city. Lack of air conditioning was solved by opening windows at night. However the noise is quite loud after the pubs close, with loud voices. Our room overlooked the street.

Affordable room, good breakfast
This edge of Nuremburg old town is noisy at night so if it is summer and you to sleep with the windows open for air, bring ear plugs. No air conditioning but price is good and staff very nice.

The hostel was very clean, bathroom was nice, and the staff were nice and helpful. More of a hotel vibe, people seemed to keep to themselves mostly. The rooms were very hot and uncomfortable most times because of no ac or fans, but I guess this is normal for a lot of these hostels to not have ac.

Excellent location, quiet and comfortable. We stayed in a four person room with our two adult children on the evening we flew in from the USA. It was 4 twin beds which was perfect allowing us to each go to sleep when we wanted without disturbing anyone else. The room was super quiet and very dark making sleep easier.

The members of staff were lovely; one lady swapped all my bedding because of sensitivity to feathers and a gent printed my boarding pass. Just genuinely friendly and happy to help.

I really enjoyed this hostel. The bedroom was spacious and the locker was large enough for my 20in suitcase and backpack. My bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. The hostel feels cozy. There are no en-suite bathrooms but I was impressed with the ladies room. It’s very clean, beautifully designed, the showers are large and I never had to wait. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it for a solo traveler.
