2015 fertiggestellte Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Über den Wohn- und Essbereich gelangt man direkt auf die Terrasse mit Gartenanteil zum Entspannen. Wer im Urlaub Lust auf Kochen verspürt, findet eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, mit Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle, vor. Fahrräder bzw. Sportausrüstung (z. B. Ski etc.) können im Haus separat und sicher ungergebracht werden. Gastronomie und Einkausmöglichkeit im Ort sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Bad mit DU/WC u. Fön, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, TV, Internet über Wlan/LAN-Verbindung, Parkplatz, 2 Sonneliegen. Wohnung ist bedingt behindertengerecht (schwellenfrei im Wohnbereich), Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Haustiere wegen Allergievermeidung leider nicht möglich.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Sehr gepflegte, geschmackvoll eingerichtete helle Wohnung, die keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Auch für körperlich gehandicapte Personen ist die im Erdegeschoss gelegene Unterkunft geeignet, nur eine kleine Stufe am Eingang ist zu überwinden, auch die Dusche ist ebenerdig. Die Küche ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet, auch ein Induktionsherd steht zur Verfügung. Wer gerne kocht, ist hier genau richtig. Bei schönem Wetter locken eine kleine Terrasse mit anschließendem Garten. In den Betten läßt sich prima schlafen. Von Nußdorf aus lassen sich viele Ausflüge unternehmen, auch wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist. Die Autobahn ist nah, aber auch über Land lassen sich viele Touren mit dem Auto in die Umgebung planen, Rosenheim, Wasserburg, Chiemsee, Reit im Winkl und vieles mehr. Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgebern!
