This spacious 117 m² summer house offers a unique combination of sea and nature. You have direct views of the Great Belt and are only 100 meters from the beach. On the other side of the house, the landscape opens up to a peaceful meadow area with free-roaming animals.



The two bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces accommodate up to six people. The interior is simple and functional, and both the garden and terrace invite relaxation and cozy outdoor meals.



The area offers many vacation qualities. The child-friendly beach is ideal for swimming, walks, and fishing. There are also good opportunities for kayaking, paddleboarding, and other water activities. A modern padel court is nearby, and just 2 km away, you'll find a well-maintained golf course.



The town of Nyborg, just a few kilometers away, has cafés, restaurants, and historical attractions like Nyborg Castle. There are also opportunities for cycling and hiking in the surrounding nature. Here, experiences and relaxation are combined in the best way.



The terrace is partially covered and faces the water, allowing you to enjoy the view in all weather conditions. The garden is private, green, and perfect for play, relaxation, or a quiet moment enjoying the view of the meadow's wildlife.
