2 bedroom stunning home in Nykøbing Sj

Welcome to this wonderful old half-timbered house situated directly on the Isefjord.



Look forward to a vacation far away from the stress of everyday life in this charming vacation home from 1777, which makes a particularly beautiful impression after a partial renovation in 2010. The heart of the house is the large living room with its open connection to the kitchen, its bright furnishings and the open space up to the gable. The large windows let a lot of light into the living room and give you a great view of the fjord. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa, read a good book here or warm yourself on cooler days by the beautiful natural stone fireplace.



The house is winterized and is therefore suitable for a nice vacation all year round. In summer, simply open the door to the open and partially covered terrace, where you can use the barbecue or relax in garden furniture. On the open plot you can also relax very well and use one of the many toys for young and old - you will not be bored here.



The house is very suitable for families with children.



Notes: low door frames and attic height. One of the bedrooms is a passage room.

Gemütlich

Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen, die Küche war super ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich und die Schlafmöglickeiten für uns passend. Die Decke in der Küche und oben im Schlafbereich ist für Leute über 1,70 m „schmerzlich“und das Bad müsste mal saniert werden, zumindest ein neuer Badevorleger wäre super. Nichtsdestotrotz wir kommen wieder und lieben den morgendlichen Ausblick auf das Wasser und den Garten mit den vielen Brombeeren- danke 🙂
