"The cottage is a bit tired but well equiped, clean and comfortable. The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. The Devon Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Pleasant stay lovely hotel"

Exeter Court Hotel

8/10 Good

"Breakfast was good plenty of choice cereal, juices, toast, jams, tea/coffee, cooked breakfast to order. Nice room good shower but very hard mattress which did spoil our nights sleep. Bar closes at 11pm and so does the building it’s in which includes reception can take drink back to room. Plenty of free parking."

Mercure Exeter Southgate Hotel

8/10 Good

"I had great overnight stay for a work trip. My room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. Modern on/off button shower was good. The tv reception was not great (BBC1 didn't work), the carpet a little worn and the shower leaked to the bathroom floor but these were minor details and didn't really impact my overall view. I slept well, the staff were friendly and the best thing was the breakfast. Recommended for an overnight stay."
