Gîte Apivita – Holiday Home with Pool in Organic Vineyard Setting

Gîte Apivita is set in the countryside, in the heart of an organic wine and olive estate, just 3 km from Nyons. The property is semi-detached with Gîte Jolia and the owner's home, but each unit is fully independent with its own entrance and private outdoor space. The access road is unpaved but easily accessible by car, motorcycle, or bicycle. Shaded parking is available just 10 meters from the accommodation.



Apivita is a newly built, architect-designed 40 m² holiday home, all on one level, offering optimal comfort. It features a kitchen and living area, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and a bathroom. Amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, and brand-new bedding with a duvet. Bed linen is included for weekly stays.



The private terrace is right next to the vineyards, providing a shaded, peaceful spot to relax. The 10x5 meter pool, with steps for easy access, offers a tranquil setting with sun loungers, shaded areas, and views of Mont Ventoux.
