"For everyone reading this or has read the poor reviews. I understand when you walk in and the Lobby is hot, AC broken and the sliding doors won’t close (as of this review). The staff is very helpful, rooms are nothing to write home about, but it’s a hotel and it does what it is supposed to do. Shower was hot, AC worked, bed was clean. What more do you actually need. Thank you!!"

"This was the highlight as far as accommodation on our 12 day road trip. The location is beautiful, and there was excellent communication, especially given that we arrived quite late in the evening and had dinner options of Indian food or pizza that we could have ordered. The following morning, we went for a hike, first thing to Bailey Cove and then came back to a sumptuous breakfast. We highly recommend The Inn at Shasta Lake and hope we can come again!"
