"The staff from check in to the staff at breakfast was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. Very clean. Breakfast is amazing."

She also charged for the room a second time even though it had already been paid for online. Not focused on her job too busy carrying on conversation on the cellphone. "
