"First and most importantly, I did not feel safe in the room. The door latch was missing, and the door itself did not properly secure. I have both photos and video documenting this issue. Due to this, I was unable to rest and had to physically barricade the door using furniture (a chair and a nightstand) to feel any sense of security.
Additionally, the room had a strong cigar smell despite being booked as a non-smoking room, which made the environment very uncomfortable.

The kitchen was super convenient and just what you need. The room was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was running amazing. And the best part the big pool my kids enjoyed.
