"Elevator close to our room (far end of the building) went out of service. The door on the second floor exit wasn’t working. We were forced to use the stairs and/or elevator on the opposite end of the building. We left the hotel early in the morning and returned around lunch hour and the elevator was still out of service and the 2nd floor stairs entrance/exit wasn’t working either. I called front desk to complain about the situation and the girl who answered was very rude saying that they tried to get it fixed and continued to say that she’s not an elevator technician then hung up on me. I was livid so I went to the front desk to confront this staff. I showed up at the lobby and complained to another staff. The rude staff was there and listening to my rant. Instead of apologizing on behalf of the hotel, she took her phone out and recorded my rant. I left and came back at the end of the day, elevator and door was still out of order. I went straight to the front desk with my 10 year old son and complained again hoping to get some answers or solution. The rude staff was still there. My son and I left but the rude staff followed us outside and took more videos. I went back inside and told her that she has no right to take a video of my son. I asked for the hotel manager and said that he was on vacation. I called the cops to file a report and got an incident number. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. They will not offer any solution or apologize for any inconvenience."

"Rooms are extremely outdated and smell like dirty bacteria. Pillows and sheets has stains - called the office and they said to go downstairs and get them myself if I wanted them. I was overcharged for my stay compared to what I booked on Expedia - when I went downstairs to talk to someone at the front desk, nobody anywhere so I asked the lady working the kitchens and she tried to go find someone for 10 mins and then came back and said oh they must BOTH be outside. No room cleaning. Wouldn’t stay there again. Gross and dirty. "

"This home was perfect for our stay for our daughter’s wedding. Everything we needed was there and the 10 seat dining table was the perfect place for my daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready at. My son loved the games and the swings in the back yard. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was clean and the amenities were perfect. "

"Everything was great about this location. Beautiful views, nice pool, clean house. We had 13 people and the house could accommodate all of us. "

"The house was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood close to many shops and grocery stores. Convenient to get onto the 55 and head anywhere also. Beds were comfortable. Communication was prompt and clear. The only minor issue was there appeared to be one or two light switches that didn’t work in the master bedroom. As for potential improvements and considerations, there could be brighter lighting in some of the bedrooms and the downstairs bathroom felt a bit cramped for some. Overall a good deal."

"We enjoyed everything about the house: spacious, clean, attached garage. Very safe feeling neighborhood. Also very solid build, couldn’t hear anything outside or from the other rooms. The only tv is in the living room, which worked great for us, might not for others. Wi-Fi was great. I loved having an air dryer for a quick easy meal. Hot water takes a minute, but was hot. "
