The staff were nice . The breakfast helper was very helpful and nice . Our microwave was broken . Our room was clean but had an odd smell .

I was very impressed with how friendly everyone was, my room was excellent; very clean and well lite. Most hotels do not have enough lighting, but not this one it was great!! The breakfast was great as well. And the hotel smelt clean. I will definitely stay there again!

Hampton Inn Southlake
Staff was great - friendly, helpful. Very busy property. Only downside was motorcycles coming and going until midnight.
