Stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seats 6, dining table seats 8, large flat screen cable TV, WIFI, and more! Linens included, loft with game table seats 4, books, and games. Electric Barbecue grill, Garbage disposal, Beach Bar and Barstools on ocean front deck, Ceiling fans in all Bedrooms, Loft and Great room, updated furnishings, microwave, new bedding (2 CA-Kings) and more. Washer/dryer, HVAC, enclosed outside shower and ground level entrance full bath. Pet friendly. No Smoking. This was a great house at a beautiful location, Right on the water. My parents are older so being right on the water was important for them. Plus being able to take our two dogs was awesome! Definitely want to go back!
