Wireless internet, Roku Smart TV in living room. Master bedroom TV is equipped with a Roku device, while the TV in the twin bedroom has a DVD player provided for watching movies.

Oceanfront covered porch with furniture. Beach access is adjacent to the building. Walkway to beach, seasonal pool access, swing set, covered picnic area with park grills, each building has an outside shower for rinsing off.

The condo community is just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club, and a short drive to Oak Island Lighthouse. Convenient to local restaurants, shops, parks, and more.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Great View needs to be cleaned better

Great View needs to be cleaned better It’s a nice unit in terms of layout and location. The types of furniture are ok but they are dirty. The AC unit has mold. The unit is extremely musty. The unit needs a deep cleaning. Furniture is very soiled. Refrigerator needs a heavy cleaning on the sides. Many Pan and pots need to be replaced Regrettably one of us wound up with a sinus infection due to congestion from the AC. You should look into upgrading the AC. It will make a huge difference
