  • Oak Island is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. The property is a duplex, this is the entire upstairs unit. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, sitting area with chairs, tv, access to the master bathroom and a private back deck with rocking chairs. Twin bedroom has a tv with games and books for kids to enjoy. Back bedroom has a queen bed, tv, and closet. This property is a family beach home that is perfect for families or friends.

    Guests can relax in the fabulous living room, which includes a comfortable sofa bed. With two bathrooms offering both a bathtub and a shower, everyone can enjoy their own space. The house stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it comfortable year-round. Beautiful view from the large deck that has six rocking chairs, a large dining table, and a grill. This outside space is covered so it can be enjoyed in any weather. An outside shower is also offered to rinse off after a day on the beach. Great location!Clear these owners took time to think about the little things: lots of cleaning products on hand, laundry tabs, beach towels, wireless charging pads in the bedrooms, etc. Some cosmetic marks show it’s not a new house, but those didn’t bother us.Location was perfect, A/C was cool, beds were in good shape, and layout worked well for our family of 4.Would absolutely stay again!
