Brand New to VRBO, you will not be disappointed with your stay at Second Wave. It is a treasure, and we are excited to share it with you!
From the peaceful and thoughtful placement of all the rooms to the large outdoor heated pool, from the well appointed kitchen to the beach supplies provided for your convenience…you are in for a treat!

Three Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms.
The Master has it's own Private Bathroom and a King bed. This room also has a television.
The Second bedroom has a King bed as well.
The Third bedroom has a 4 bed bunk house with a trundle underneath, sleeping 5 max. This room has a television as well as games and books for the kids to enjoy.
The Second and Third rooms share a hallway bathroom.

There is a laundry room in a hallway near the Master Bedroom.

There are 4 barstools on the kitchen island and a dining table that can seat 6...which gives comfortable seating for all guests at meal times. We have stored a highchair (and a pack and play) in the downstairs storage room for families that need it. There is also a large table with 2 benches outside on the screened in porch for nicer weather.

The outdoor shower is right next to the hot tub, near the pool. The backyard is a delight, and most of your time will be spent here. The pool is heated for the Spring and Fall months, and extends the season tremendously. We have a large dining table down there as well for lunches by the pool. A storage trunk with goggles, pool floats and toys is located next to the table.

The house is perfectly placed on the island.
A Quick 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach, 1 block away from Publix and other businesses and restaurants, 1 minute from the Nature Center, Pier and docks on the Intracoastal Waterway. It really doesn't get any better than this.

We have a golf cart available for rent as well. The license plate will The pictures are under the "garage" category. Please message us about pricing.

You will have access to everything the house offers, except one closet in the Master Bedroom that is locked for storage.

We are not on the island, but will help you every step of the way. We love helping make your trip as special and intentional as we can. Please reach out for suggestions or any questions.
We have also partnered with business on the island who will be able to assist you in person, if needed.

We have stocked the house full of things that we would rather not travel with.

Outside, on the deck is a gas grill available for your use, as well as some extra tanks in storage under the house.

A $500 security deposit will be held on your card for 7 days.
House Rules:

-No Smoking.
-Rinse Beach things off with hose to get the sand off and let dry before putting them away.
-No Pets.
-Only plastic allowed near the pool. No glass please.
-No large parties.
-Do not move the furniture.
-Lock doors when you leave the house.
-Keep food and drinks in the kitchen and dining room.
