The expansive open concept living area offers plenty of room for your crew to spread out. Gather in the living room to stream a favorite movie on the large smart TV or warm yourselves in the glow of the electric fireplace during the cooler months.

Neutrals and cool grays anchor this space, while pops of bright marine blue add a sense of playfulness and recall the home’s namesake. The sturdy wooden dining table seats at least eight adults comfortably, with bench seating along one side for flexibility. Four additional seats are available around the kitchen island, perfect for more intimate meals or keeping the family chef comfortable as they cook.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and under cabinet lighting adds to the brightness of this space. A half bath is located beside the kitchen for your convenience, along with a large laundry room that provides a stackable washer and dryer for your use.

Under the home, you’ll find an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water along with plenty of parking for your vehicles, both in the driveway and under the house. Speaking of vehicles, this property offers an optional four seater golf cart complete with a local parking pass for an additional fee of $300 a week or $175 for stays of three nights.
