This beautiful home was built in 2018 with an elevated in-deck swimming pool and sleeps 24. The extended pool deck allows you to feel the ocean breezes, easily hear the waves crash onto the shore, and make you feel like you are floating on the ocean while relaxing in your private pool just off the first living level. You can also experience unique, expansive ocean views from the pool deck.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen allow the entire family to participate in the conversation as they overlook the ocean, decks, and elevated pool. There are also window coverings throughout this home for added privacy. Four of the bedrooms are suites with private baths, and three of the suites have large tile showers. The bedrooms are furnished with beds for all types of families with 4 kings, 1 queen, 1 bunk bed twin over twin, and 3 bunk beds full of sleeping lots of kiddos. Bedroom 6 has 2 bunk beds and bedroom 7 also has 2 bunk beds, set up to sleep 8 in one room and 6 in the other.

There is a spacious kitchen, large flat-screen TV in each family room, and TVs in all bedrooms. The large oceanfront decks ultimately expand your living space so everyone can spread out and enjoy the scenic views of Oak Island. This home also features an outdoor shower, 2 charcoal grills, wireless internet, expanded HD cable, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and extended ocean views.

You will be conveniently located close to shopping, jet ski rentals, golf, fishing, boat ramps, basketball, tennis, kayak rentals, and much more. Many of the town's amenities are within walking distance from this home.

Overall, it was a good experience. The fridge and the pool malfunctioned during our stay, but the rental manager came and fixed them in a timely manner. Great deck!!!!
