    This updated mid-century cottage is full of natural light, with transom windows and a warm, inviting layout that feels both cozy and open. After a day in the sun, relax in the airy living room, stream your favorite shows, or enjoy a quiet evening at home.

    The kitchen is equipped with newer appliances, cooking essentials, butcher block countertops, and a farmhouse sink—perfect for easy breakfasts, beach snacks, or dinner at home.
