Two front covered porches and two front decks with furniture, including a table and chairs on the upper deck and two Adirondack chairs on each deck. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and easy beach access down 43rd Street.

Hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings and gas stove.

Two TV's, streaming DVD player and wireless internet access.

This vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

Perfect last minute getaway for friends & family

The house was beautiful and super clean! Plenty of space, lots of supplies in the kitchen and for the beach, and the furniture was very comfortable. Plus a super short walk to the beach, soccer fields and pizzeria. We will be back!

Nice, clean, basic, good location

Good location, clean! Close enough to the beach that you wouldn’t need a golf cart. Well stocked kitchen, crock pot and keurig. Extra futon (f/q) in lounge area- bring sheets for that, if desired- it’s not listed in the bed count so they don’t have sheets for it. Accurately described with WiFi but No cable tv, and no grill; but definitely bring your own beach chairs. (They are listed, but we only saw two and never used) also could use a better ice maker - the fridge made 12-18 cubes a day and it wouldn’t be enough on a normal day for 4 people, much less 9. If you have one, bring it. We just bought ice daily. Nice enough to definitely stay here again - I think the owner has a good set-up, but we had questions prior to travel, like: How many beach chairs? Or beach toys, does that mean beach wagon? The realty company managing it didn’t have specifics like that, but were very kind and responsive! Easy check in and check out! Plenty of parking.

Perfect!!!

My family cannot say enough good things about this property. The listing was a 100% on point, the rental agency was so kind and helpful and prompt in their responses. The house was immaculate and very sizable. Location was great, and it was very accommodating for the adults, toddler and dogs that were with us. We cannot recommend this house enough!
