2nd level. Flat screens throughout with basic cable, high-speed wireless internet access. Master suite with walk-in closet and private bath, stand-alone tile shower and Jacuzzi tub. Ceiling fans throughout. Oceanview covered porch with furniture, private beach access across the street with gazebo. Seasonal pool / hot tub and charcoal grill on-premises. Nightly rentals are available with a 3-night minimum. Available for off-season monthly rentals.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Please note that the elevator is unavailable until about March 22, 2026.

Please note dogs may occasionally be present during an owner stay for those guests allergic to pets.

Great location

This is our 2nd time staying here. The location is awesome. The items provided within the rental are minimal and last time we had access to the storage closet to unload all of our sandy beach gear, but that was not provided this time. Tons of family games and dishware.

Perfect for a small family getaway!

We LOVED this rental. It was the perfect size for our small family and suited all of our needs. Location is perfect for the beach and the pool was so refreshing. The only draw back was it is only stocked with the bare minimum for kitchen supplies. We did not need anything other than a coffee pot and some pots and pans. We will be back and hopefully make this an annual trip!

Beautiful Views & Condo

The condo was very clean and the location was wonderful. We were left without any trash bags for the kitchen trash can, thankfully I always bring those along on a trip. Also, there was no salt & pepper in the kitchen, which I assumed would be included in a "fully stocked" kitchen. Other than those minor irritations, it was a wonderful trip and I would stay at the property again.
