Nail'D It: Second row with unobstructed Ocean View! Family and Pet friendly!!

No paid parking worries here! Beach access 100 yards! No need for golf carts either!!

'Nail'D It' is a great four bedroom two bath house on second row with an unobstructed view. Beach access right across the street. Public fishing pier and restaurant across the street as well. Dog friendly with a pet stay fee. No need to get a golf cart, everything is a walk away with the beach access, pier shop, pier cafe, pier bar and Island Way all across the street.

One bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms with queen sized beds and one room with two twin bunks (4 twin beds). One pull out couch in the living room if needed. A washer and dryer in the laundry closet. Fully outfitted kitchen with all the conveniences needed. Wi-Fi throughout the home. Linens are provided. One bath with a walk in shower and the other with a tub, both bathrooms have modern vanities, hair dryers and shampoo, conditioner as well as hand soap.

In the kids room, there are toys, books and a pack-n-play for use. We provide a clean crib sheet in the hall closet. Bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels and wash cloths in the hall closet. Beach towels if needed in laundry closet.

Kitchen is stocked with drip coffee maker, coffee girnder, blender, microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware, mixing bowls, measuring cups, kids plates, kids cups and bakeware. Enough daily glassware and plates for up to 12. Dishwasher for getting it all clean!

Bring sign in info for your streaming (Netflix/Hulu/Amazon etc.) accounts so you can access it on the smart TVs. The Bose radio has an aux input to play music from your phone/iPod/iPad and sounds great! Audio cables provided or use bluetooth.

Large front and back decks, both with gates, give your pets plenty of contained outdoor space.

Keyless code entry on the back door means you don't have to keep up with a key and everyone in your party always has access.

Awesome beach location

Great location and lots of living space. Ocean views in the morning, sipping on coffee were spectacular. Easy to get to grocery stores and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Oak Island!

An amazing time!!

We enjoyed the location!! It was a nice size for 10 people, toys were a blessing for the younger children, easy check-in, communication was very polite, and we enjoyed tv's in each room. Clean-up was very easy and posted nicely. Staying there made vacation, very enjoyable!!!! Will come back for sure!!! Thank you !!!

Short Walk to the Pier

There were six of us. All adults. Four of us fished everyday off of the pier. We enjoyed catching various types of fish. The other rwo loved sitting on the beach. This house is right across the street from the pier, bar, bait shop, andand a nice restaurant. and

This house Nailed’ it!

Fabulous location. Right across the street to the beach. The front porch is just perfect. House is a nice floor plan with 2 bedrooms and full bath on the right side and left side of the home and kitchen and living room in the middle! Lots of toys, coloring books, games, for kids and adults alike. The only thing I would have thought would make perfect is if they had an area with left over beach items like toys, chairs, umbrella ect. Butttt so many places close by to purchase those items. We will definitely be back!

Nice, not our favorite, made it work!

Very nice hosts. The house didn't feel especially clean when we arrived - some dirty dishes and sticky stuff on the floors, so we spent some time cleaning ourselves. I let the hosts know. The location is nice, you get a view of the ocean and very central on OKI. The beds are a bit older, towels a bit older, no beach supplies. Kitchen was well stocked and it was definitely pet friendly. Overall a totally fine place to stay if the goal is quick walk to the beach and plenty of space!

Great stay for a quick weekend!

Our family had a great time, the location was great with easy access to the beach and grocery store not too far away. The kids lived the bunk beds and i appreciated that there were kid cups, plates, etc. Easy check in, clean and well appointed.

The house is as advertised. Great view of the ocean from nice furniture on the front deck with easy beach access. The pier and Island Way are convenient across the street but generate activity and noise. The only communication from the hosts were automated/canned messages.overall a good place to stay.

Absolutely a 10 out of 10! From the location, layout, mattress and front porch just to mention a few. Across the street from the house is Island Way which is a top notch restaurant and the fishing pier is located there as well. Close to Publix and Food Lion and amazing ice cream down the street at Sweetreats!!

Great

This is a great property and had enough room to hold us all! We ranged in age from 5-65. We also had our 11 year old dog with us. Beautiful view (except for the Island Way Garbage cans). I tried to ignore them and enjoyed the gorgeous view of the ocean. Oak Island is definitely my happy place. We hope to return next year, as we have many times!

This is the second time we have stayed at Nail'd it. We love the house and location. Always very clean and has a well stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils.
