Welcome to our beautiful home located in Oak Island, NC. This peaceful home includes live oak trees in the backyard that back up to the Davis Canal. You will have direct water access to the ICW - navigable water for your motorboat, kayak, canoe or jet ski. Enjoy fishing and crabbing off your private dock.

This home is three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and offers comfortable sleeping for eight guest - one king bed, one queen bed and two sets of bunkbeds. Ruko TVs included in all the bedrooms. With three separate living areas, a large deck & a fishing dock there is plenty of space for everyone to have fun!

Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals or any occasion. Our dining room table seats eight, the sunroom seats four and our kitchen island seats four. This home is perfect for entertaining!

Our driveway has ample amounts of parking. Our deck includes a new gas grill. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, ironing board with iron.

Bring your boat & your fishing gear to explore our wonderful island. We hope you have a blast!

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and cozy! It was great to be on the canal! A lot of seating in the house. House had everything you need! Close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We really had an amazing time! Only an hour from Myrtle! Will book again!!!

Love the home. Perfect space and size for my family of 4 (3 yr old and 1yr old), it wasn’t too big or small. Having a dock in the backyard was a win since my husband loves fishing. It’s a couple minutes to the beach but we didn’t plan to go to the beach during our short stay so it wasn’t a problem. Groceries aren’t far either. Would stay here again!

The location was perfect and the house was incredible. If there was a critique, it would be the mattress quality in the bunk bed room. Im sure they're fine for kids, but if a group of adults are staying at the house I would consider an air mattress. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone!

Absolutely the best!

This house never disappoints. Clean and cozy. Everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal. Dock is perfect for our boat and great for the kids to fish. Communication with owner is above and beyond. This was our third stay and we'll be back in July!

Perfect summer trip with teens

Our group of fishermen loved the dock and caught too many fish to count! Plenty of room to spread out and a super comfortable home. Well stocked Kitchen and owner was very easy to work with. Definitely would stay again if we return to the area.

The perfect vacation rental

We loved this house! It was super clean, the beds and couches were comfortable, it’s on a quiet street, and there was tons of fishing access. In addition, the house was fully stocked with everything we could need. Highly recommend!

Wonderful and relaxing!

The location was great for us as we had two families and three kids getting out of Asheville after the hurricane. We loved the space and location. The kids had a blast playing in the yard and w enjoyed the fishing dock so much! It was a quick drive or bike ride to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of place to spread out. Would stay again!

This home was perfect for our family's 2 nights stay! Bright, clean, spacious house with stunning views. The location was amazing! We loved the dock and enjoyed fishing! We had everything we needed. Great Home, Great Location

The home was just as described. We really enjoyed the private dock. Caught some nice flounder and a few other species. We rented a couple of paddle boards and had them delivered which worked out great. David was an excellent host and was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was just what we needed for a wonderful, family get away. The furnishings were simple and tasteful making for a very cozy, at home feeling. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking at home meals. The private dock was the best and made for easy accessibility to the ICW. The host was exceptional and available. We couldn't have asked for more and we will be back!

Bright, clean, cheerful house. Plenty of room to spread out. Thoughtfully planned supplies like dryer sheets, plenty of toilet paper and soap. Quality sheets, towels and blankets. Good appliances. It’s a well kept house and a great setting for a relaxing family vacation.

4th of July Wedding Week

Fabulous time here! Better than we could have imagined. Enjoyed the outdoor shower & beach cruiser bikes too. Tons of fishing off the dock & a great sunset kayak through the marsh. As we stayed for 8 nights- we needed to replenish the paper goods & trash bags. Kitchen thoroughly equipped. Stairs to the front door may be tricky for elderly as an FYI. Enjoyed a 45 minute firework show 2 doors down a the public boat launch on the 4th. Friendly neighbors. Backyard perfect for an bbq and yard games. Quiet and extremely comfortable. Tons of seating areas. Loved our morning coffee in the sun room. Overall- a week we’ll never forget. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. The property was very clean and seems to have been renovated in the past few years. There was PLENTY of space for our family of four with multiple living/sitting areas. Our family really enjoyed the swing in the backyard and fishing from the dock. The house has tons of amenenties, including k-cups for coffee, cold medicine, board games, beach chairs and much much more. There were no issues that I needed to reach out to the owner about (a rare case these days!). The only downside is that it's about a five minute car ride to the closest beach access--which we knew going into it. And you have to pay for parking now. We did discover if you go to the opposite end of the island (Caswell Beach, almost to lighthouse) there is free parking there. It's about a 10 minute drive, but definitely worth it. Also, we discovered the downstairs bluetooth speaker light on accident. This was really cool and let us listen to some music while we sat around being lazy. It's a great sounding speaker. Highly recommend this property!
