This can also be pulled out to a queen bed if extra sleeping space is needed. The unique modular coffee table allows everyone to have a convenient place to sit their drink or share a snack. When mealtime arrives, the spacious dining table seats eight on comfortably upholstered chairs, and an additional three barstools are available at the adjacent breakfast bar while the nearby credenza offers extra space for serving dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay, including lots of counterspace and stainless-steel appliances, and even includes thoughtful extras like a counter-top ice machine and both a traditional drip and a Keurig-style coffee machine.

A standard full bathroom on the first floor with a double sink and hall access also houses the full-sized washing machine and dryer, along with shelf space for folding and organizing clothes. The bunkroom is also located on this level and is furnished with two double-over-queen bunk beds and an NBA Jam arcade game for entertainment. Upstairs, a second full bathroom with a single sink and standard tub/shower combo at the top of the steps is shared by two bedrooms that each contain a queen bed and a wall-mounted TV for personal entertainment. The oceanfront bedroom also offers direct access to a private balcony with gorgeous views and a pair of Adirondack chairs for relaxing, as well as a small desk inside for those who can’t leave work completely behind during their stay.

The final sleeping area is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a final queen bed. A half bathroom is also located on this level for convenience, and you’ll also find the game room here, complete with a pool table and classic Pac-Man cocktail table arcade game. Just outside, you’ll also find an enclosed outdoor shower that’s ideal for rinsing off the sand after a long day at the beach so that you can jump into your private hot tub to relax for the evening and soak adventure-weary muscles.
