Centrally located on Oak Island, Terry Lar is convenient to local activities, shops and restaurants, as well as the bridge leading to historic Southport and its numerous shops and historic points of interest. Walking distance to Oak Island Pier and surrounding restaurants.

This vacation rental welcomes up to one dog per reservation year-round.

Terry-Lar received a complete renovation in 2022 to include new floors, paint, furniture and lighting throughout! Also, new mattresses and box springs, a soaker tub, tankless water heater, all kitchen appliances. In 2025, the deck was rebuilt and the living room TV was upgraded to a smart TV.

100 steps to beach from the steps

no problems booking the house. Was keep up to date with everything that was going on between the virus and the hurricane. Very clean and comfortable.
