Beachfront Home by Pier, Restaurant, and Bar -- Ideal for 2 families

  • This home is a duplex configuration, and may be rented as either side or as the whole house. This listing is for the whole house. Individual sides are listed as properties 9383692 and 9383697.

    The house is right beside the Island Way restaurant, Sea Horse Bar, and Ocean Crest Pier. It is perfect for a large group or two families. It has a duplex layout with a large adjoining door between the East and West side. Each side has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen and den. Each den has a sleeper sofa. The house faces due South, so at certain times of the year you can watch both the sunrise and sunset over the water. The view of the pier, where surfers also congregate, is one of the things that makes this house special. The house has 5G wireless and two 55 inch Samsung TV's in the dens. There are also smart TV's in both master bedrooms with adjoining baths. The house has 8 poly-wood rockers on a shaded porch, and an outside shower. Linens and Departure cleaning service are included in your rental.
