Available are a comfortable Queen size bed and futon; and, combined laundry/kitchen facilities in unit. Smart TVs in both rooms, WIFI, tub/shower, linens, and a hotel-style heat/air unit for each room. Amenities too numerous to mention. Nice, peaceful background with view of Oak Ridge's Greenbelt. Convenient location: 5 mins from Oak Ridge's Main Street, 8 mins from Methodist Medical, 7 mins from Y-12, UCOR, & 5 mins from IBEW Local 270 Electric Union, 10 mins to Melton Hill Lake; & 15 mins to Knoxville!

Beautiful breath of fresh air!

The space was perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. Very clean and conveniently located close to Melton Lake, we highly recommend this property.

cozy and great amenities.

Very efficient use of space, modern , updated, private. One suggestion is to put a small table with 2 chairs downstairs for meal time, and food prep.

Great cozy little spot to relax and enjoy!

Great spot, very clean and super convenient to Oak Ridge and Knoxville. Neighborhood is quiet and has beer/liquor store up the street! Perfect!! Thanks Creed for being so attentive and making it a great visit with my family. Cheers mate

Great Experience

This unit was conveniently located not far from a main throughfare but on a quiet street that ends in a cul-de-sac. The unit was exactly as described. The host was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Windrock

Came in to town for Windrock. Great place to stay! Enjoyed the property; very cozy and quiet. Had everything that we needed. Will definitely book again! Note, not enough room for trailer parking but we parked our truck and trailer at Windrock over the weekend. Street parking for Jeep was no problem. Cant wait to visit again!

Very comfortable small flat

The host was very friendly & helpful when I showed up a day before my reservation. I was very lucky that it was clean & empty. The kitchen is very well equipped for such a small space. Nice quality bedding and towels. Everything seemed brand new almost as if no one had ever stayed there. The neighborhood is charmless, but very conveniently located.

This Verbo is a Gem!

We stayed in this Verbo for 4 nights while we visited family in the area. It was exactly as described, in fact it was better than described. Checkin was simple and the owner responded to our messages quickly. The house was spotless and clearly someone had taken a lot of time getting it together. The full size washer and dryer made keeping up with laundry simple. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We are in Oak Ridge about 4 times per year and have now found our go-to location. If you need a place to stay in the area, you won't go wrong staying here.

Great place

I booked this spot because it was not far from Windrock and closer to more choices for dinning out . Nice place if you are towing a trailer its not the place to stay the parking is limited if you have a trailer . Other than that it was perfect
