"What a joy to spend a couple of days at the Dunton Townhouse in Telluride. It was by far the most pleasant accommodation on our SoCA to MN and back road trip. The house is perfectly located near the main street, gondola, excellent restaurants, and the ambiance of all Telluride has to offer. Jennifer greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the house and all the amenities available to us. She helped us with street parking nearby. Any house guest would be very fortunate to find themselves here. The refrigerator downstairs and the bar upstairs were fully stocked and available to us. Our room was beautiful, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. Every aspect was created for guest comfort. The charm of the historic home was retained. Breakfast was a treat. The best fresh squeezed orange juice, pastries, cheeses, berries, and yogurt with other worldly granola were on the table. A coffee and tea bar were also always available to guests. We were there in August and walked all over town. Year round guests would find the Dunson House amenable to any seasonal activities. It was a great stay, and we hope to be back."

"The parking situation and how to actually check-in was a little rough, since there are few parking spots, all are very small, and the check-in desk is in a different hotel. Once that got sorted, it was very smooth. The attendant showed us where we can park outside, which was way more spacious. The worst I can say about the room is that one particular floorboard creaked loudly when touched (I feel sorry for anyone who was in the floor below me). All in all, it was a great experience. Well worth the money and I would recommend anyone to stay here. Very close access to the hiking trail we came to see, very quiet room, and all around great room."

"We found the room to be clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and we really appreciated the coffee. The air conditioning worked great and the white noise it provided made for a good night's rest. Neal was exceptional at communicating . We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"On a busy Fourth of July weekend, when the owner of the unit left the property manager high and dry, they went above and beyond to try to make sure the check-in time and communication didn’t ruin our plans for a great Fourth of July getaway.The unit was great, location was the best. All the amenities you needed for a full kitchen set up, and we easily had enough space for everybody in the unit.I worked from the patio every morning at sunrise, and walked two blocks to get bagels and donuts at baked in Telluride, and it was only one block for us to go get in line for the gondola.This would be an amazing unit to have for ski and ski out privileges that rival almost any unit in the mountain.Luke, at wild Oak, was exceptionally helpful. And the house Cleaners did an amazing job, my props to them on short notice getting done what they had to do with limited time in a situation they didn’t create.Sometimes it’s not about being perfect, it’s about how you recover from a mistake. Life throws curve balls, sometimes you still have to make connection to see the game through.Thank you."

"Excellent location, less than 5 minute walk to the gondola. Very clean. Second floor unit was easy to access and had a balcony which was nice. Was able to sign into streaming apps on all TVs. Kitchen was very well stocked with more than enough dishes and flatware. I highly recommend this place and would stay again. Only two quibbles: the ski locker had things in it that would make it hard to accommodate gear for more than 2-3 skiers/riders, and the living room seating would be very limited if 5 people were to stay. We were only two, so neither of these was much of an issue for us. Again, a great rental! "
