"The hotel beds are uncomfortable and the staff tried entering our room after we checked into the hotel, saying we needed house keeping. Made us feel uncomfortable and cut our trip short to find another hotel"

"The staff were very welcoming, the lobby was very clean and updated it didn’t prepare you for the room. I was not expecting for it to be so warped (the headboards) and the sheets had stains on them so I shared the bed with my daughter despite having booked a double. Overall the hotel was just mediocre."

"The hotel itself and its staff are excellent—exactly what you would expect from a Hyatt property. Unfortunately, the parking operation is a complete contradiction to that standard. The valet and parking attendants are consistently rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational. Simply trying to get picked up in front of the hotel turns into an argument. Instead of a smooth guest experience, you’re forced to either deal with attitude or walk out to the street and navigate active traffic just to avoid the hassle. What’s even more frustrating is the hotel’s response. When this issue is raised, management deflects responsibility by saying the parking company is a third party. That may be true contractually, but from a guest perspective, they are representing the Hyatt experience—whether the hotel acknowledges it or not. This disconnect between the hotel’s quality and the parking experience is significant and needs to be addressed. It’s disappointing to see such a well-run property allow an outsourced service to damage its reputation."
