"What a wonderful stay we had! We were in Groveland for seven nights, and our only regret was that we were not staying longer. The house is nestled in a way that it has complete privacy. It has a view to the lake which makes sitting out especially pleasant. "The house is gorgeous and comfy- the property manager was helpful and responsive. We had our grandparents with us and the only challenge was the steepness and height of the stairs- which we knew coming in with it being an old farmhouse. We gave some suggestions for other kitchen utensils that could’ve been useful, otherwise everything was fully stocked and it’s a gorgeous view. "Lovely little 2 room unit, fun family sleep room with 2 queen beds, helpful if you have little who don’t sleep away from home well. Great view of the lake. "We enjoyed our stay. Love the decks! My complaint is that the rungs of the railing that line the loft, which overlooks the family room, are not up to code. They are spaced too far apart. We have twin two year old grandchildren and everytime they ventured up the stairs we had to stand by the railing so they wouldn't go by it, because they could have potentially fallen through them to the family room below. I wanted to warn other future renters, with small children, of this danger."

"AMAZING HOTEL! We walked in and immediately felt happy. Valet parking was only $17/day. And the staff was amazing!! We checked in and were given warm cookies!!! We were given the 9th floor and the room was VERY clean. Large room. A little section for the coffee machine and fridge. Pool was great! Hot tub as well. Gym was clean. Towels available at the pool. We paid for breakfast to be included and the staff was very kind. The food was great each morning. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. "
