"The female front desk staff member was very rude. During checkout, I saw her knocking on doors and even leaving a guest’s room door open while they were still asleep, which felt highly unprofessional and concerning. The rooms themselves were ok, but the shower head appeared to have mold, which was unpleasant and raised cleanliness concerns."

"The room was in terrible condition. The bathroom door nob was ready to fall off, the smoke alarm was missing and had exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. I had to use the key card multiple times before the door unlocked. Thefe were many long term guests, some smoked marijuana. "

"I have stayed here before. Location is great! Hotel is good but needs better pillows. Wasn’t able to get WIFI working but it’s still a good place to stay. Strange odor in the elevator."
