Other things to note
➢Mandatory to carry tire chains at all times during snowy. There is a fine by CHP if caught without chains
➢Pet is allowed and there is charge per pet per stay.
➢ Hot tub care: do not turn off heater, don’t refill or drain water, and always replace cover after use — this keeps the water clean, maintains heat, and prevents the need for extra chemicals to rebalance it
➢ Grill instructions: turn on propane tank valve (located under counter) before use and turn off valve & knob after. Always replace cover.
➢ Thermostat control via Nest—use ECO or OFF when leaving.
➢ Smoking rules: allowed outside only, outdoor ashtray provided. No smoking indoors—extra cleaning fee applies. No open flames due to fire restrictions.
