Welcome to the Rathore von Liechti Lodge! This luxurious and spacious lodge is just 5 minutes from the town of Oakhurst but feels worlds away from civilization. Surrounded by trees, up on a hill, this amazing property has the following great features:

- There is an alarm system throughout the house. You will see sensors for the alarm system but there are NO interior cameras. Only outdoor cameras are on the property.

* Special note about the Wifi: This lodge is equipped with superior commercial grade internet. The Ubiquiti UniFi network is the same type used by several startups in San Francisco and includes both gigabit fiber and 5G wireless backup internet to provide high-bandwidth, uninterrupted internet access for all guests at max occupancy.

This home is set up on a hill and is very private. You will have a personalized door code to enter the property for your stay.
The home would serve perfectly for a company training or event and has the following features:
- Large conference table with a TV to share slides
- Large, rolling whiteboard
- Many break-out rooms and creative spaces throughout the lodge
- 8 televisions with AirPlay/screen casting support
-Nearby Oakhurst Business center offering full service printing and shipping
- Instacart and Doordash delivery available for just about everything.

*Every person on the property at any time (including infants and children), must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 18. Ask about additional people in case of an event.
* Early check-in and late check-out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time

We are local hosts and live about 30 minutes away in case of any emergencies. We are always quick to respond to messages.

This is a very safe and quiet area. You are surrounded by trees and do not have close neighbors.

You will need a car to get around. If you are planning to go to Yosemite, you can look into the YARTS bus to avoid the issue of limited parking in Yosemite.

Hot Tub: No Lifeguard on duty, please use at your own risk. Watch children near the Hot Tub at all times. Please shower before using the Hot Tub.

The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations for the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

After booking, you will be asked to agree to a rental agreement which restates the policies detailed in this listing.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.
* Quiet time is 10PM-8AM
* Parking for 6 vehicles is included (no trailers/boats), any vehicle beyond 6 must be arranged in advance.
* Any guest not disclosed in advance of check in will be charged at double the nightly guest charge (plus taxes, $93.66 per night) for the duration of your entire reservation.
* We count INFANTS in your guest total, please ensure you have included them as `children` on your reservation, or you may receive a fee request after booking to correct the reservation if max occupancy is exceeded.
* No refunds for outages beyond hosts control, ex.WiFi, water electric, etc.
* Smoking anywhere on or in the property will incur a minimum $100 fee. Please smoke at the street or off site.
* We are unable to allow pets/service animals as we have a family member whom regularly uses the home and has an extreme allergy. We charge a $500 fee for undisclosed pets/service animals to ensure the safety of our family member.
