Hello, it was a joy to have you staying at our place. As far as the information for checking in, etc. all that was provided to you at 11:41am, the day of check in which you said (thank you at 11:42.) This helps us to be comfortable that you know our address, where to park, what door to enter, where the lockbox is located and the code. This was six hours before you checked in at 6:07pm since this gave you all the pertinent information through the Vrbo app. you were able to get the Wi-Fi information so that you could make phone calls, texts and check emails. Thanks for your input and hope this clarifies your concerns.

It really warms our heart when guests can enjoy the rental but also the property and make use of the pond and try out their skills at fishing. That’s what it’s about being able to enjoy the small moments in life and the places that you rest your head.

Thank you for booking your stay with us. As we had more units available, we hadn’t heard of your concerns till your review. And we do try to change the mattress out every other year. so we appreciate you breaking in the newer mattress and padding. There’s also another bed in the living room area that we’ve been told is very comfortable. As far as the showerhead, there’s a button at the bottom Spicket that pulls up for the showerhead to have full power. This is probably what you may not be use to but a lot of showers in Maine have this set up. So your the first guest that couldn’t figure that out maybe we will put a sign up and put it in the book for functions of the restroom but thank you for bringing that to our attention. Prehaps a phone call or email would have solved the issue the same day while they’re staying here so we apologize for you not being able to utilize that avenue of communication with us. In the future, if you do stay in a place that you have concerns just reach out to the host they’re always going to be accommodating if they are made aware of it. But we’re glad you were able to enjoy the wine and treats we put out for you, that made us happy.. Enjoy your travels.
