The neighborhood is breathtaking, and quiet! The property is a only short walk downhill from the shops and restaurants of North Berkeley. I didn't have time to take advantage of all of the nature trails in the area but they're also just a short walk away. My studio apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything that I needed for my short stay. There is plenty of street parking if you have a car. I would definitely stay here again if I get a chance to return to Berkeley.
