Property is Military Lot 183. George Washington granted this land to a Revolutionary War solider for payment of his service. Plenty of wildlife with no neighbors looking over. Enjoy a NEW 6 person hot tub, or sit by a beautiful Appalachian mountain stream on the property. Firewood and camp chairs provided for a wonderful campfire. Pets and horses are welcome as well. 2 stall horses barn with Potomac State Forest just moments away for a hike, or horseback ride. Home is just 20 minutes to Deep Creek Lake, and 40 minutes to Cannan Valley, WV.
