"$49 resort fee and $100 daily parking is excessive even for SF. Fire alarm went off around 11pm and everyone was asked to evacuate via loud speaker. Even though it was a false alarm, that was never announced. We ended up leaving early and we were not refunded."

"Pro: We were given a free upgrade. Con: There was a roach in our free upgrade so we had to move rooms and then had to move rooms again. Pros: Nice view. Free breakfast had boiled eggs and a toaster.
