"Lovely well appointed clean room•nice grounds to wander• excellent service by housekeeping, restaurant and grounds staff• the buffet breakfast is delicious, plenty of variety•dinner at Homestead Brewery highly recommended, plenty of delicious choices plus their own lovely wines. Lots of options of places to visit and eat close by as well. Stop at the Guildford Tourist Centre for a map. We enjoyed our 3 day stay immensely."

"Was a really nice experience, the room was super comfortable and the amenities were great. The rooms could use QR codes for in room, room service so you don’t have to call the front desk, but it’s easy enough to order uber eats. "

"Cabin was neat and clean except for the showerhead which was green and disgusting. Brought it to the attention of the admin ladies and it was replaced straight away however i feel this should have been picked up when the cabins are cleaned. There was a loud vibration noise every night which could be heard very loudly in the bedroom of the cabin making it hard to sleep, plus sirens every night. If your looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday this is not the accomodation for you. However the service was fantastic! And Grant the handyman was also fantastic and very helpful! The park is very run down compared to other Big 4's could benefit from asking the permanant residents to clean up their areas to make it look more appealing."

"Easy to follow instructions. Instruction easy to find. Both sent to and physical copies onsite.Immediate neighbor doesn't know what street parking is. Thinks she owns the street. Or is is some way entitled to the road infront of her property beyond driveway access. Could be a bit of an issue for guests to deal with. Bumped into her when I was leaving."

"The host was very welcoming.The house looks nice and spacious.The only thing I noted is the cleaner didn't put bin liners in the bins ready for the next guest. The bin liners were available.Also, there was only one paper towel. No paper towels in the bathrooms"

"The host was very responsive and helpful, providing clear guidance that made it easy for us to care for their home the way they appreciate. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, so we had no trouble getting in or out of the house. The home was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with complimentary items that made our arrival smooth and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances and utensils we needed to prepare different meals, which made our stay easier and more affordable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return!"
