I found this ridiculous as they were happy to give us two towels and I booked for two people but apparently they...

"They advertised that the hotel was 14 minutes walk to Kairekeun park where we wanted to go. The hotel was very far- it was 14 minutes taxi ride and had to wait more than 15 minutes just to get a taxi. We had a limited time to see the Plum festival. Most of the time was spent commuting. We wanted to walk and explore and was not able to do it"
